ALL GOODS REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF PC'S ON A BUDGET UNTIL CLEARED FUNDS
HAVE BEEN RECEIVED FOR THE TOTAL OF THE ORDER.

Credit card payment may not be accepted for some orders, we reserve the right to ask for an alternative method of payment.

We do not offer a credit facility or COD service, all goods must be paid for prior to despatch of orders.

Pricing Details
All prices quoted include GST and are the full retail price.  The price does NOT include the cost of freight / delivery charges.  This will calculated at the time of processing and confirmed via email.

Credit Card Payments
Pickup:   Please present your card at the store when collecting your goods.
Delivery: If requested, please fill in our order confirmation form with your credit card details and signature and fax back to us.  The name and delivery details given shall match the name on the credit card.  Please ensure correct contact details are included should we need to call you to verify the order.  For orders over $500, please include a photocopy of your Drivers License.

MasterCard & Visa payments do not currently incur a surcharge, however we reserve the right to introduce this fee at a later date.  American Express and Diners Club are not accepted.

Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not constitute the acceptance of an order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. PC's on a Budget reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. All credit card orders will be verified prior to our acceptance of your order, if our store policy requirements our not met we reserve the right to ask for an alternative method of payment.

Product Return
Customers are responsible for selecting the correct products for their individual needs.

In the event that you simply change your mind and decide that you do not want the product you have ordered, you may return the unopened product within 7 days for a refund.  This will incur a 20% restocking fee. All refunds for unopened items exclude shipping and handling charges. 

No refunds will be provided for products that have been opened and / or used.

Should you have received an incorrect product we will provide a full refund on receipt of unopened goods or we will forward the correct item at not extra postage cost.

Warranty claim
All goods sold by PC's on a Budget come with the full manufacturers warranty, this warranty is from the original purchase date from our wholesale supplier.  Goods under warranty cover will be replaced or repaired by the manufacturers at their discretion. Products under warranty will not be refunded unless discontinued by manufacturer, product may be replaced by the equivalent new model or a credit will be given as determined by the current market price.

A large percentage of returned goods are found to be, not faulty. If the returned goods are determined by us, our supplier or the manufacturer not be faulty, then all returning shipping fees will be worn by the customer.  An additional fee may also be incurred, should we be charged by our supplier that fee will be payable by you.  

All warrantees are voided if returned product is found in any way to be mishandled, misinstalled, modified, tampered, abused, physically damaged or used under wrong voltage etc.

PC's on a Budget is not responsible for data contents or the security of the data contents contained in any returned goods.  Customers are responsible for the back up any data prior to sending the goods back to us; please be aware that data can sometimes be lost during our testing etc. It is also beyond the scope of our control once the device is sent to our supplier. 

Warranty turnaround time
Turnaround time for warranty claims largely depends on the suppliers or the manufacturers of products. Please understand the time involved for a warranty claim will include: our time to test the item, shipping back to the supplier, supplier’s own test and replacement / repair, and the shipping back to us.  This can amount to more than 6 weeks on some occasions.
 
We do not usually provide advance replacement for warranty items.  Please keep this in mind when you place your order.  PC's on a Budget is not responsible for any losses resulting from the time it takes to have the faulty item replaced or repaired.  If you will be using the item(s) for mission critical tasks, be it running a business, using it to prepare for an examination etc, you should consider a backup system to ensure you can keep operating without too much disruption.  Please remember to backup data before goods are returned.  PC's on a Budget will not guarantee against loss of data.  In some situations we may be able to assist with a loan item but a rental fee will apply.
